There is also no antivirus on my mac at all, no sort of security anything. Since then, I've also restored it using iTunes to the latest version (6.x something) and tried again, but the same thing happens again. Happens every time, both running it with >sudo open seas0npass.app/ and as a normal user. All seemed to be going well until it gets to "Sending iBEC.k66." and then "seas0npas quit unexpectedly." So then I read various websites (so many with the same info) but the basic idea was to downgrade using the 5.2.1 firmware and launch Seas0nPass and let it do it's magic. I updated/reloaded the ATV to latest version and verified that it functions by connecting it to my TV and using it. Plugged it into my mac and installed latest iTunes, everything is working as it should. The system sees the ATV but iTunes doesn't. I rebooted and fired up iTunes again and plugged in the ATV. ![]() Originally I started on my Win10 machine, iTunes saw the ATV and said I couldn't reload my ATV to factory/latest update unless I updated my iTunes. I've been trying to jailbreak my ATV2 for almost a week now. So I think I've done my due diligence and searched this subreddit for old posts relating to the topic and wasn't able to find anything I found useful, so I'm asking. ![]()
